The best method for managing new and existing support requests is via the Clumio Support Portal by accessing the following URL: https://support.clumio.com
To open a new request, click the "Submit a request" option available on the top of the Help Center page after signing in.
To view or update existing requests, click the drop-down icon next to your user name on the upper right, and select "My activities".
If you do not have access to the Clumio Support Portal, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll help get you set up.
Requests can be sent directly to Clumio's Support Team via email to email@example.com. Please provide the following information as part of your email:
- Description of issue
- Contact details
- Reference to relevant existing support tickets, if applicable
