Clumio supports the following database engine versions:

† Aurora Serverless engine mode is currently not supported for Granular Records Retrieval.
‡ If the RDS SQL instance is managed under Active Directory, you must manually re-join the instance after recovery.
* We support Rolling Backups and Granular Record Retrieval for on RDS Oracle and SQL instances with persistent option groups, except for databases that have the TDE option configured.
* We do not support Granular Record Retrieval on any Oracle Enterprise Editions today.
^We do not support Multi-AZ deployments for RDS databases.
§ PostgreSQL 9.x and 10.x versions of RDS and Aurora do not allow master users access to subordinate databases. This is a known limitation in RDS and Aurora. You need to manually assign the master user the permissions to subordinate databases. Clumio Support can guide you through this process.
