AWS Regions supported by Clumio

This document describes the AWS source Regions from which you can backup AWS assets. 

AWS Source Regions 

When you add regions using "Environments > Add Environments with CloudFormation" in Clumio, you can select the AWS Account and AWS Account Region (Source Region) you want to protect using Clumio. 

Your Clumio account is registered in one of four regions shown below. This is your Clumio Control Plane region. Choose this region when logging into Clumio.

Depending on your Clumio Control Plane region,  you see different Source Regions available. 

Clumio supports the following Source Regions:

Control Plane: US West
 - Available Source Regions:
       - us-west-1 (N.California)
       - us-west-2 (Oregon)
       - us-east-1 (N.Virginia)
       - us-east-2 (Ohio)
       - ca-central-1 (Canada)
       - eu-central-1 (Frankfurt)
       - eu-west-1 (Ireland)
       - eu-west-2 (London)
       - ap-southeast-1 (Singapore)
       - ap-southeast-2 (Sydney)
       - ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo)
 
Control Plane: US East
  - Available Source Regions: 
       - us-west-1 (N.California)
       - us-west-2 (Oregon)
       - us-east-1 (N.Virginia)
       - us-east-2 (Ohio)

Control Plane: Canada
 - Available Source Regions:
       - ca-central-1 (Canada)

Control Plane: Europe
 - Available Source Regions:
       - eu-central-1 (Frankfurt)
       - eu-west-1 (Ireland)

If you do not see the Source Regions appropriate to your Control plane in the Clumio interface, please contact Clumio Support (support@clumio.com).
